Donate value in-kind such as a vehicle or real estate

Depending on the condition of the vehicle or real estate, your property may be tax deductible gift to the foundation.

Donate stock

Gifts of appreciated securities (stocks) are a popular alternative to making a cash gift as they may offer you additional tax advantages. In addition to receiving an income tax deduction for the full market value of the securities, you may also avoid capital gains on the appreciation of your stocks.

Leave a Personal Legacy

Did you know there are creative ways to leave a Legacy, support yourself, the Human Resources Center Foundation and your loved ones at the same time?

Such giving is called "planned giving," because with thoughtful planning, you create win-win solutions for you and the Human Resources Foundation.

A Few Examples:

  • You can make a gift that costs nothing during your lifetime.  (Include us in your will)

  • You can get a monthly paycheck for life in return for your gift. (Charitable Gift Annuity)

  • You can name us as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy.

  • You can donate your house, continue to live there, and get a tax break at the same time.
